Because dye lots vary between production runs, we cut a swatch from the actual roll or bolt reserved for your order and send it for your sign-off before cutting your full yardage. This protects you from color variation on large orders.

Once you approve your CFA, we begin cutting your order, so it can no longer be changed or cancelled - that's exactly why the sign-off step exists, to catch any color issues before cutting starts.
