Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Callista Home purchase. Please read below, as our return policy differs by product type.

1. Cut-to-Order Fabrics & Wallpaper — Final Sale

All fabrics and wallpaper are cut and/or produced specifically for your order. Because of this, these items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once the order is placed, except in the case of damage, defects, or a fulfillment error on our part (see Section 3).

We recommend ordering a sample swatch before purchasing larger quantities, as color may vary slightly depending on your screen and lighting conditions.

2. All Other Products — 7-Day Returns

For all non-custom, non-cut items, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Item must be in its original packaging with all tags/labels attached
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If any item — including cut fabric or wallpaper — arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll cover the cost of a replacement or full refund, including return shipping if applicable, at no charge to you.

4. How to Start a Return

Email info@callistahome.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond with return instructions and an address if applicable. Please do not send items back before receiving confirmation.

5. Refunds

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

6. Order Cancellations

Because fabrics and wallpaper are cut to order, cancellation requests must be made within 2-4 hours of placing the order. Once production/cutting has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.
